Where do repair items have to be sent to?  

Please send repair items together with a fault description to the following address:

What do I list in the fault description?  

Which part is defective (Part Description, Part Number, Serial Number)?
When did the error occur? How does the fault affect the machine?
What event caused the fault to occur?
Do you need a quotation? Who is paying for the repair?
Who is your contact in case of questions?

Does the inspection of a returned item cause costs?  

Yes, the inspection of a returned part is invoiced with a flat rate of 106€.

This amount will be accounted upon receipt of a repair order.
