Radar calibration DAS
The VisiCon VDS‑1 and VDS‑2 Doppler simulators reliably and quickly calibrate a wide range of radar-based driver assistance systems. Both variants cover an exceptionally large measuring range, eliminating the need for additional mechanical height adjustment even with a wide mix of vehicles. Variable installation options, either with a separate mounting base or for attachment to existing structures, further expand the range of applications.
Our Doppler simulators in detail
Large measuring range
Both Dopplers offer an exceptionally wide measuring range. The VDS‑1 enables a radar-reflecting range of 600 mm due to its higher design, while the more compact VDS‑2 achieves 440 mm.
Flexible mounting
Due to the large measuring range, no additional height adjustment is necessary. This enables various mounting options, e. g. floor mounting or direct mounting on the gantry. Various adjustment options also simplify alignment.
Different designs
To meet different requirements and accommodate the space available at the installation site, the VisiCon Doppler simulator is available in two versions: The VDS‑1 covers the widest possible range of vehicles, while the VDS‑2 is specially designed for confined spaces.
