Our turn-key system for headlight manufacturers checks all photometric and geometric features of headlights or headlight modules in the shortest possible time. If required, an adjustment can also be included.
The Light Collecting Box is used for analysis and adjustment of the headlight. The light image of the headlight is projected through a Fresnel lens onto a diffusing disc and recorded from there with a digital camera specially developed by VisiCon.
The VisiCon powertools are durable, robust tools that have been specially developed for precise headlight adjustment (height and side). The adjustable torque as well as the low backlash enable shortest possible adjustment times with high accuracy. The adjustment can be done manually, semi automatically or fully automatically.
The software is the heart of the headlight adjustment. It analyzes the headlight image transmitted by the light collecting box. The corresponding processes and target values can be defined as well as the algorithms that are used for adjustment depending on the type of headlamp (halogen, xenon, LED, laser).
The VisiCal uses two single lasers and one multipoint laser to precisely calibrate light collecting boxes and their cameras. In our software, various functions are available for this purpose, which check e. g. resolution, zero position and lens focus.
