VisiCon services and repairs

We accompany you throughout the entire product life cycle and offer you the right service in every situation: We provide you with a personal consultation regarding your requirements before you buy our products, work with you to find the best solution for your application, take over design, production and commissioning, and don’t let you down after purchase either.

Repairs	We repair defective devices from our own production. We also offer this service for our dPP measurement probes that are installed in systems from other manufacturers (e. g. under the brand name “x-3Dprofile”). Please contact us individually if required. VisiCon also organizes the repair of third-party products in our systems. If the original packaging is no longer available, please call us. We will be happy to advise you.
Spare parts	If a repair is not possible, we offer identical or suitable spare parts.
Maintenance	Our plants are optimized for minimum maintenance due to our many years of experience. With a maintenance contract for your VisiCon system, we offer you the certain availability of a new system even after many years of use. We offer the following services: Preventive maintenance with spare parts recommendation Repairs Replacement of assemblies Alignment and adjustment (FARO Vantage Laser Tracker) Calibration MCA Parameterization of new vehicle and headlight types Bus topology …
Measurement	We also offer 3D measurement using a 3D laser tracker, including the creation of the associated measurement report, for our systems and master gauges.
Upgrade/Update	We always keep our software up to date and constantly add new, useful functions. If you are planning to expand the functions, please contact us. We will implement your wishes according to your specifications. Our software and hardware is modular, so that new functions can usually be integrated quickly and inexpensively.

LCS

for the following product VisiCon Automatisierungstechnik GmbH announces the end of the product Life (End-of-Life, EOL). Due to the availability of new technologies and measurement methods, the product is technically obsolete and is no longer being manufactured. This notice applies to all versions of the product in question. Software maintenance and software updates are no longer available. Hardware or software errors can be resolved by transitioning to one of the listed migration products. Customers with an extended warranty agreement will continue to receive support in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement and for the duration of the agreement.

Information about the software
Maintenance and provision of software updates for the products mentioned will be discontinued. In the event of hardware or software errors, we recommend migrating to one of the products listed below.
