Repairs | We repair defective devices from our own production in our repair workshop and are happy to organize the repairs of third-party products. Please send the defective article with a description of the error as meaningful as possible to the following address: VisiCon Automatisierungstechnik GmbH To avoid damage during transport, please make sure to send dPP probes in their original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, please call us. We will be happy to advise you. |
