We repair defective devices from our own production in our repair workshop and are happy to organize the repairs of third-party products.

Please send the defective article with a description of the error as meaningful as possible to the following address:

To avoid damage during transport, please make sure to send dPP probes in their original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, please call us. We will be happy to advise you.

If a repair is not possible, we offer identical or suitable spare parts.

Our plants are optimized for minimum maintenance due to our many years of experience. With a maintenance contract for your VisiCon system, we offer you the certain availability of a new system even after many years of use.

If you are planning to expand the functions, please contact us. We will implement your wishes according to your specifications. Our software and hardware is modular, so that new functions can usually be integrated quickly and inexpensively.
