We are experts for contactless wheel alignment: We have been manufacturing and selling our 3D measurement probes worldwide for over 15 years. Our probes work on the principle of stereophotogrammetry, i. e. 2 synchronously operating
cameras record images of the illuminated tire and use them to generate a 3D model from which all relevant chassis parameters such as toe and camber can be determined reliably and quickly. The probes are connected to a measuring computer via GBit Ethernet.
The different models have particular strengths in different applications, so we can offer the perfect solution for every system. For data evaluation in a wheel aligner, we recommend our VisiWheAl measurement software for all sensor types.

The VisiCon dPP Gen2 combines proven measurement technology with state-of-the-art hardware and a future-proof software architecture. It enables the precise, real-time measurement of toe, camber, and other chassis parameters and ensures maximum process reliability in vehicle production.
Thanks to automatic tire detection, time-consuming vehicle-specific parameterization is no longer necessary, which significantly reduces commissioning and retrofitting times. At the same time, the proven differential image method ensures high measurement accuracy and reliable compensation for extraneous light, even under demanding production conditions.
Optionally, the height of the wheelhouse edge can be measured synchronously, allowing additional chassis and vehicle parameters to be determined in a single measurement process.

The VisiCon VisiScan is a high-performance 3D measurement probe for chassis measurement. Four highly dynamic laser scanners specifically illuminate the areas of the tire sidewall and wheelhouse edge relevant to the measurement, enabling the simultaneous capture of toe, camber, and wheelhouse edge height in a single measurement process. At the same time, the selective illumination provides greater protection against stray light and disruptive reflections.
A high signal-to-noise ratio and low sensitivity to extraneous light ensure reliable measurement results even under demanding production conditions.
Thanks to automatic measurement range detection, no vehicle-specific parameterization is required. Combined with the wide measurement range, this allows the VisiScan to be used flexibly for different tire sizes, rim types, and vehicle models.
Your benefits at a glance:

The VisiCon dPP Twin is a compact alternative to the classic dPP probe and is specifically designed for test benches with limited space and short measurement distances.
Since its integration into existing systems does not require extensive structural modifications, it is particularly well-suited as a replacement for technically outdated 2D measurement technology (e.g., Perceptron).
The two measuring heads can be flexibly positioned relative to one another, thereby enabling the measurement of a wide range of tires. This allows the measurement system to be easily adapted to different vehicle types and the specific space constraints at the test bench.
The proven measurement method precisely captures toe, camber, and other chassis parameters while reliably compensating for interfering extraneous light.
